Made using the Charmat Method, with a short maceration on Raboso grape skins to balance tannins and extract vibrant fruit character. It is aged 90 days on the lees and 30 days in bottle. Bursting with bright aromas and flavors of field violet, cherries, strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of grapefruit, it offers an enveloping foam and a delicately persistent mouthfeel that’s both refined and refreshing Pairs perfectly with thin crust pizza and surprising well with sashimi.
