A blend of 65% rosé piquette and 35% rosé wine, this rosé is made using chambourcin grapes that have been fermented with native yeast in stainless steel. It’s a hazy bright pink with aromas of sweet cream, raspberries, and sea breeze. On the palate, there is pomegranate, cranberries, and sage. Pairs nicely with a watermelon feta salad.
