The Nomine family oversees a 20-hectare estate spanning five villages and 36 distinct plots, all certified sustainable and farmed with a commitment to minimal intervention and environmental stewardship. Producing approximately 100,000 bottles annually, and blending Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with each plot vinified separately to preserve its unique terroir expression. Fermentation, both alcoholic and malolactic, takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by cold tartaric stabilization and gentle filtration. The resulting wine reveals aromas of brioche and honey layered with fresh wildflower notes, while its underlying minerality and complexity provide structure and depth, offering strong potential for aging over the next decade.
