Marco Cecchini’s wines are rooted in the small hills of Faedis and crafted with a focus on terroir, organic farming, and biodynamic principles. This skin contact Verduzzo is harvested by hand and gently cold-macerated for 4 to 7 days at low temperature, then fermented at 18°C and aged for 12 months on its lees in stainless steel. Dry, textured, and food-friendly, it combines ripe orchard fruit and citrus with subtle herbal notes and a supple tannic grip. Bright acidity and low residual sugar keep the palate balanced and vibrant, making it an expressive example of Verduzzo Friulano and an excellent partner for richer dishes.
