This ruby red Italian wine has quite intense fruity and spice aromas, with a palate that is warm and soft, with notes of spice. Thanks to the particular pedoclimatic conditions, typical of this land, it’s possible to produce a simple red wine with character that is an ideal companion for particularly spicy white meat dishes, stockfish, and medium-aged cheeses.
