Luis Pato wines are the result of the combination of the technical precision of the New World with the secular tradition of the Old World. This wine is a lot of bical (50%), grown on chalky clay soil, and cerceal (25%) and sercialinho (25%) from sandy soil. It has been fermented and matured in stainless steel vats. This Portuguese white is best dished up with fish and shellfish.
