Crafted from organically grown, hand-harvested grapes and fermented with indigenous yeasts, this wine is made with minimal sulfites and gentle intervention to preserve purity and character. Bambara da Casa is Luca Bambara’s tribute to Sicily’s enduring tradition of vino da casa, the simple, honest “house wine” shared among family and friends across Sicily. Fermented with a seven-day maceration in cement tanks, the wine is racked off the lees after completing malolactic fermentation, then aged entirely in cement. Rooted in generosity and authenticity, this wine is vibrant, approachable, and expressive showcasing the pure essence of fruit and region.
