This blend combines Jacquère and Altesse, with 50% of the Jacquère directly pressed and the other half macerated for 12 days to enhance texture and aromatic complexity, while the Altesse is gently direct pressed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on the lees for six months, the wine balances freshness with depth. Jacquère brings brightness and lift, offering crisp acidity and notes of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, while Altesse adds richness, structure, and layers of floral, nutty, and subtle tropical fruit character. The result is a vibrant yet textured wine that reflects the alpine elegance of Savoie.
