Mersel’s Lebnani wines were created to show the world the beauty of Lebanon's history and culture. They have even incorporated these elements in the design of the 1000 mL bottle. This is natural organic wine that is free from additives and is unfined and unfiltered. The sauvignon blanc is picked in the first week of August, partially destemmed and pressed, and the free-run juice is added back on skins in stainless tanks. Then, the merwah is harvested in the first week of October; following slow fermentation on skins for three weeks, it is pressed and blended with the sauvignon blanc.
