Located just ten kilometers from downtown Bordeaux, this estate in the Entre-Deux-Mers region combines tradition with forward-thinking sustainability. The vineyards are cared for using only organic methods, the 35-year-old vines thrive in a combination of limestone clay, siliceous, and gravel soils. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes are vinified in a modern cellar using thermo-regulated stainless-steel tanks to extract soft tannins and deep color while preserving the purity of the fruit. The Babbler Bordeaux Supérieur is aged twelve months in both stainless steel and oak. In the glass it offers vibrant blackberry and plum aromas with silky, supple tannins. Elegant yet approachable, it’s a classic Bordeaux made sustainably.
