After destemming and pressing, the grapes undergo a controlled 10–15 day fermentation with regular pump-overs and délestage of the crushed grapes. This is followed by refinement in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness. The resulting wine is clear and ruby red in the glass, offering aromas of fresh cherry, crunchy red berries, rose, violet, and a subtle vegetal note. On the palate, it is elegantly fresh with vibrant tannins and a well-defined structure. This wine pairs well with Meatballs and tomato sauce, Pasta alla Norma, Risotto with tastasal.
