Named after the historic Viña 25 vineyard, whose solera dates back to 1918, this Pedro Ximénez is sourced from a 10-hectare estate on the road to Sanlúcar. Dark brown and nearly opaque in the glass, it reveals intense aromas of raisins, dried figs, and other ripe dried fruits. Lusciously sweet yet beautifully balanced, the palate is velvety and rich, finishing long with surprising freshness. A perfect accompaniment to pastries, fruit-based desserts, yogurt, or simply enjoyed on its own as a decadent after-dinner wine.
