La Favorita’s Balsamic Vinegar Mostarda comes from a traditional Piedmont recipe that was typically enjoyed with polenta up until the Second World War. Slow cooking is employed to achieve the perfect density, and it also allows the flavors to be retained, resulting in a very fresh-tasting product. This mostarda, very similar to a chutney, is ideal to accompany meats and cheeses.
