Since 2013, there has not been a single spray on this South African vineyard; it was certified organic in 2018. This strawberry-colored pinot noir has high-toned aromas of red berries and spices, with a distinct yet alluring, woodsiness. There is a lovely fruitiness (but not sweetness) to the palate, which is a strawberry, cranberry, orange peel, and Negroni sort of palate. Serve with meaty, oily fish.
