Matured in bottle for a minimum of 12 months, this is a straw-colored wine with a tinge of gray and great, fine natural bubbles. Persistently effervescent, it has a pleasant nose with complex aromas of white fruits, as well as almond and toasted notes. In the mouth, it has a long taste, with mineral and white fruit notes. The complex taste mixes softness and vivacity, making it perfect for an aperitif with starters or as accompaniment to seafood meals.
