This is an irresistible, juicy red in a liter bottle. One hundred percent Sangiovese from within the Chianti region of Tuscany, but fuller bodied, so it's technically a de-classified Chianti. There is a deep core of blackcurrant fruit on the nose, with a scrumptious palate of fruit and plenty of acid. This is a great food-pairing wine for just about any unfussy cuisine.
