Tangy, tart, and refreshing, this white piquette presents a hint of coriander and nutmeg with fresh, white floral notes. A hint of anise and fennel emerge, but look at it as the most delicious beverage and who cares about the “nuance.” Delicious probably isn’t the word that should be used in a tasting note, but it sums it up perfectly.
