Pinot Noir Grapes are partially destemmed and transferred into vats, maceration starts with daily punch-downs during a 12-day vatting period. After horizontal pressing and settling, it completes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 6 to 8 months in oak barrels before bottling. Deep purple in color, it opens with vibrant aromas of strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, and blueberry, which evolve toward notes of cooked prune and peppery spice. On the palate, it is round and structured, with firm yet balanced tannins that harmonize beautifully with the fruit.
