This Georgian wine is 100% fermented in qvevri with indigenous yeast and minimal additions of sulphites. This cuvée is a 50/50 blend of rkatsiteli and mtsvane that is made in a lighter, fresher style with one month of skin contact that is a perfect introduction to the world of Georgian orange wine. It has fine, delicate tannins with notes of dried apricot, pear, fig, lavender, and apple skin. This is a vegan, sustainably grown, low-intervention, natural wine.
