This Australian riesling has a high level of natural acidity, and although bone dry, it’s also low alcohol. It’s a natural wine, but they add a pop of sulfites upon bottling. It presents with a clean fruit spectrum of lemon and other citrus flavors, stone fruit (including apricot), as well as classic citrus on the palate, developing into a rich lemon meringue tart-like flavor.
