Crafted by re-fermenting grape pomace with local honey and a touch of wine to reach 7% ABV, this low-alcohol, naturally sparkling Rosato Piquette sees no added SO₂ beyond what remains in the must. Due to late frost losses at KFF, this year’s blend leans more heavily on Noiret and Riesling from the Blackbird vineyard, rounded out with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is vibrant and expressive, led by Noiret’s signature peppery spice and cherry notes, making for a beautifully refreshing and effortlessly drinkable piquette.
