Oddbird Presence is a 100% organic, dealcoholized white wine made by blending unique grape varieties from Alsace and Southern France. The grapes were carefully selected to create a special wine where aroma layers interplay with the complex mouthfeel. This is a wine that starts with fresh fruits, complemented with citrus notes and spices, and continues with a layered mouthfeel where freshness, roundness, and minerality kick in to stay for long on the palate with tension.
