Sourced from southwest-facing slopes on the outskirts of Malmesbury in South Africa’s Swartland, this wine comes from vineyards rooted in decomposed granite and shale soils. Farmed organically since 2014 without chemical treatments, the grapes are fermented as whole clusters in stainless steel and bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve their natural character.
Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, it offers bright fruit, lifted aromatics, refreshing acidity, and fine tannins. It delivers purity, energy, and a seamless finish.
