Tart grapefruit paired with fresh lime juice and the sweet botanical essence of elderflower. Dirty Pelican chose their grapefruits from Argentina because they have a gentler bitterness to them than a traditional grapefruit that is typically available in the USA. The elderflower touch in this mixer is gentle and on the backend. Dirty Pelican purposely crafted the recipe this way so nothing in this drink overpowers anything else.
