From Murcia, known as “The Orchard of Spain,” Don Gastronom prepare their Tomato Spread. It’s homemade only with natural ingredients, mostly sourced from the family’s orchard and fields of fruit trees. They select only those at their optimum ripeness and adjust production to their respective season.
