Locally sourced rhubarb and savory sea salt, a surprising and incredibly complementary pairing. The rhubarb, sourced locally, imparts an earthy and overtly tart flavor, which complements the savory notes from the bold and flaky sea salt. Bitters Lab combined these with fresh lemon and a few carefully selected bitter roots and herbs. Use with tequila, vodka, rum, gin, beer, white and sparkling wine, or tea. These bitters are also great in the kitchen for making cookies, cakes, pies, chicken, fish, or pork, and they make a great vinaigrette or marinade.
