Inspired by the tradition of sipping a vino amaro “after theater”, the Dopo Teatro uses Cocchi’s classic Vermouth di Torino as its base. Additional botanicals include chiretta flavors and cinchona bark. Pair with spicy chocolate preparations for an enticing dessert. It can also be mixed with intense bourbons or ryes, mescal, or gin. This is a special category of vermouth with added bitterness.
