Isolated from other agricultural areas, Tue Bœuf vines are isolated in a mosaic of wasteland and woodland, creating a balanced ecosystem. Their Le Buisson Pouilleux is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Touraine. The grapes go through alcoholic fermentation in 228-liter barrels with indigenous yeasts, then the wine is barrel-aged 12 months. This white wine is natural, calm, aromatic, and fragrant.
