Giuseppe Cipriani created a fresh, peach-forward drink using the pulp of ripe white peaches at his iconic Harry’s Bar in Venice. While attending a Giovanni Bellini exhibition, he noticed a connection between the painter’s soft colors and the hue of the cocktail, inspiring him to name this new drink the Bellini.
This ready to drink sparkling cocktail takes inspiration from the character of a white peach. Round and delicate, with pale, green-tinged skin and aromatic white flesh that becomes more of a red color closer to the pit. In the glass, it delivers a harmonious balance of soft peach sweetness and fine, fragrant bubbles.
