Crafted from 85% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir, this organically farmed rosé Champagne is blended from the 2021 vintage with 30% reserve wines dating back to 2014. A small portion of still red Meunier, raised in large oak foudres, adds depth and color. Fermented primarily in stainless steel with a touch of oak, the wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and spends 25 months aging on its lees before release. Made exclusively from black grapes, this vibrant rosé Champagne is fresh, generous, and beautifully balanced. Layers of ripe red berries are supported by a distinctive clay-driven minerality that adds texture and volume, while bright acidity keeps the palate lively and elegant.
