Offering a taste of the islands, these bitters were inspired by the Falernum, a cordial filled with the spices of the West Indies. Bittermens decided to see if it was possible to create a bitter designed with tiki cocktails in mind. The result was a formulation that honors contributions from both the Eastern (Polynesia) and Western (Caribbean) schools of tropical cocktails. The primary flavors of Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters are cinnamon and allspice, with a strong cast of supporting spice flavors.
