This is The Bitter Housewife’s signature flavor and what started the whole company. In producing these bitters, they set out to make the ideal bitters for an Old Fashioned. The result is bitters chock full of baking spices, like ginger, cinnamon, and allspice, to bring out the spice in a rye-based whiskey, all balanced with an earthy bitterness that will make your drinks more interesting.
