Beva Can was born in 2021 from the idea of 3 young Italian wine lovers from Langhe. The intention is to put the historical quality of traditional Italian wines in a new container, fresh and youthful. This wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. The grapes are coming from a South exposed vineyards in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese, early picked to preserve the natural acidity. At the nose the fruitiness is combined with the minerality coming from the composition of the soil rich in limestone. Cheers to la dolce vita!
