Crafted in Umbria from mostly Sangiovese with a touch of Aleatico, Raspato Rosato is a naturally sparkling Pet Nat full of energy and character. At bottling, frozen Aleatico must is added to trigger refermentation, creating fine bubbles and vibrant freshness. Unfiltered, unfined, and made without sulfites, this wine captures a pure expression of fruit and terroir. On the palate it’s bright and lively, with notes of grapefruit, blood orange, and green apple. Crisp acidity drives a long, super-clean finish, making this semi-sparkling rosé as refreshing as it is expressive.
