This Pet-Nat is made with the Criolla grape which is native to Argentina. It’s made naturally, with no added sulfur dioxide or other additives, and fermented using indigenous yeasts. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, producing a pure and authentic expression of the vineyard. It features a vibrant cherry red color and aromas of fresh red fruits like cherries, currants, and raspberries. On the palate, plums and blackberries shine through, offering a sweet, fruity entry. The fine bubbles provide a refreshing finish, making it lively and satisfying.
