Cola Maison Syrup is prepared in Montreal in small batches. It is made with citrus and spiced organic essential oils, which gives it a herbal flavor and delicate acidity. This syrup concentrate is meant to be mixed with sparkling water, with each bottle holding enough to make up to 25 drinks. For a simple cocktail, mix 3/4 ounces of Maison Cola Syrup with 1 1/4 ounces of the spirit of your choice, then top off with sparkling water.
