RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer returns and exchanges on non-wine items as long as you are within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that all clearnance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 
 
We will take back any unopened bottles of wine and non-alcholic items within 30 days of purchase. For opened bottles, we will issue a refund or exchange if and only if you believe the wine has spoiled. Please do not fully empty those bottles prior to returning them to the shop. 
 
Please also note that due to return abuse and fraudulent activity we are unable to allow more than one exchange per order at this time. Our team will also review all large returns manually prior to processing any refunds or exchanges.
