This is a little-known outlier of sorts among French winemaker Jean-Paul Brun's many wines. His Terres Dorées estate is in the rolling hills of Charnay in the southern Beaujolais. Like the rest of his vineyards, this small plot of roussanne, planted in 2000, is farmed organically and harvested by hand.
