Amber Blend is a blend of four indigenous white Georgian grape varieties harvested from vineyards planted at the foot of the Caucasus mountains in Kakheti. It presents with a beautiful medium amber color, with aromas of dried apricot and orange peel. It also has flavors of dried peach and baking spices, followed by soft but firm tannins with a long finish. Serve with poultry, braised pork, or creamy pasta.
