Secreto is made entirely with alvarinho, the emperor grape of the Vinho Verde region in the north of Portugal. The wine is a combination of two separate lots. The first is semi-macerated on skins with extended lees contact. The second is made with extended batonage. All fermentation is temperature-controlled and in stainless steel.
