Oddbird exists to change the alcohol norms of society by creating world class wines that are liberated from alcohol. Oddbird Low Intervention White No. 2 is a natural, vegan wine from North Alsace in France. The grapes are a blend of auxerrois, pinot blanc, and riesling that are selected with care and picked all by hand. The area’s unique terroir, along with a lot of minerality and an entirely natural winemaking process, create a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that lasts long on the palate.
