This is a wine made from pinot noir with the saignée method. The juice is separated from the skins once the color is right, a light orangey pink. It has a delicate aroma of small red berries combined with a hint of flint. The palate is seductive with its light, crunchy side and the scent of ripe strawberry, balanced with a spicy tone at the end. This is a very versatile rosé.
