Having a dark mahogany color that’s almost opaque, the Oxford 1.970 comes from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes from the Jerez subregion and has an intense flavor that’s fruity and very long. It expands and completely covers the palate, ending with hints of licorice, coffee, and dark chocolate. During the manufacturing process, the grapes must be dried in the sun during the harvest, then the first nectar is introduced into the soleras.
