This wine’s color is a transparent rosé, owing to the nebbiolo variety’s restrained anthocyanins. However, Nebbiolo’s elegance is apparent in the nose, with floral-tinged spice and fruit notes. On the palate, Rosanebbia is intense with a long finish and lingering suggestions of rose petals. A truly versatile wine, this rosé is excellent with charcuterie platters, grilled fish, fish soup, and both red and white meat.
